Satisfaction Guarantee
Returns and Exchanges
True North Gear gladly offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee
along with our partner spreadshirt. Before making any returns,
please contact our customer service at: orders@spreadshirt.com,
to organize the return and refund. We kindly ask that you make
sure your return is postmarked within 3 weeks of receiving the
return approval, after this time we would be unable to process
your return.
Cancellations
After you've placed your order, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail. If you wish to change or cancel your order simply reply
to that e-mail or contact our customer service at service@spreadshirt.com.
Please make sure to include your order ID number in all correspondences
(this number can be found in your confirmation e-mail).
IMPORTANT: Please inform us immediately of any modification or cancellation; since we have
very short processing times, chances may be that your order has already been sent to production. After the
order has gone into production, you are still responsible for paying for the product in full.
Still Haven't Received Your Merchandise?
After your order as been shipped you will receive an e-mail
confirming the shipment. If - whatever the reason - you feel
that your order has not been processed as you were expecting
it, please contact us at service@spreadshirt.com.
If you do not receive your merchandise within the expected time,
we kindly ask that you let us know within 6 weeks of your order
date.
