True North Customizable Gear

True North Gear is able to offer our customers the unique opportunity to customize many of our products, giving you the chance to add your own text to many of our designs for a truly personalized touch. Add your home town, school name, basically, whatever you want!

When you select an item that is customizable, you will be directed to our design shop which will allow you to edit the text. You have the freedom to change the message, font type, size and print colour. All products will default to a setting that we believe will look the best with our design, but feel free to change it to whatever you want, after all, it’s your T-shirt!

In this example, we have changed the text to read WINNIPEG. Because the text we created is shorter than the default text, we needed to re-centre the text using the “POSITION” tools found in the bottom right corner of the editing box. If you have any problems making changes, feel free to turn on the “HELP” option found just below the T-shirt image.

Here you can also select a different font from the drop down menu, change the font size and choose a different colour for the text as well. You also have the option to choose whether the text is printed using a Flock Print or Flex Print. It is recommended that you leave this set to the default setting as it will be printed using the same style as the rest of the design.

IMPORTANT: What you see in the preview will closely represent what your T-shirt will look like! All our T-shirts are made by hand by professionals with years of experience (see our section on quality for more information). If they feel that the text is oddly positioned, they will likely correct it when the shirt is made.

You also have the opportunity to edit the item, or remove it and start over, after you have added it to your cart.

If you are experiencing problems with the design shop or it is not supported by your computer,please contact us and we will create the design for you. When we have it ready (usually within 24 hours) we will send you the link to your shirt so you may purchase it without any extra charge on the item.
